How to Order

1. Simply click on the catalogue link and choose your garments. Alternatively we can supply printed catalgues for your convenience. Finally, if needed: we can provide practical advice to help you chose the right garments.

2. Specify your garment order. To get a embroidery quotation estimate, simply select your garment and note the supply price (decoration not included). Next, go to the "Garment Embroidery" page and look at the embroidery prices at the bottom of the page. For example, if you want to order 3 items (whatever sizes) the garment embroidery price would be £3.50 per item. Simply add this figure to the garment supply price for your final quote per item.

3. Send in your artwork. Many logos need to be digitised for embroidery. If you do not have print/embroidery ready artwork – we can help with this for a small artwork set-up charge (see above). This is a one-off cost, once we have this on file it is kept forever and then there are no more hidden artwork costs for future orders. These set-up charges are not levied for orders over £99.00.

4. Quotation is then firmed up.

5. Your logo is made print/embroidery ready and a proof is sent for your approval.

6. Approve your artwork and then pay for your order. Upon payment and approval we will then print/embroider your order.

ARTWORK SPEC:

Artwork for garment decoration can be e-mailed or supplied on disk/USB memory stick. Vector artwork is preferred, saved as an Adobe Illustrator AI, EPS or Corel Draw file. If saved as a Photoshop PSD, we require the file to be saved at 300dpi at 100% print size and colour separated. Please ensure that all fonts are outlined or supplied (PC format true type or post script) and any pantone numbers are specified.
