UK DELIVERY CHARGES

Standard shipping charges on orders over £75 - FREE

Standard shipping charges on orders under £75 - £3.99

Express shipping charges on all orders - £5.99

The charges above do not apply to Northern Ireland, or the Isle of Man. Charges to these areas will be £9.99 with delivery taking up to 2 business days after dispatch for plain stock orders.

Dispatch Times

Non-Customised Orders:

Standard Shipping: 2-4 Business Days 

Express Shipping: 1-3 Business Days

Items can be dispatched within 2 business days on a 24-hour service (Express Shipping), or within 2 business days on a 48-hour service (Standard) in normal circumstances.  

Customised Orders: 

Customised items are dispatched up to 7-10 business days after you have approved your embroidery or print proof.

Customised orders placed on Express Shipping are dispatched on a 24-hour service once ready, orders placed on Standard Shipping are dispatched on a 48-hour service once ready.

Additional Information 

We do have instances where we have goods in transit, in which case we will confirm the time of dispatch by email.

Estimated Delivery times shown on our website are subject to availability and are typical estimates only, our couriers do not guarantee 24 hour delivery on Tracked 24 parcels (Express). 

If you have placed an order for an item that has a longer delivery time, your full parcel will be sent out at the later delivery date once all items are ready for dispatch. If you require earlier part order dispatch for items, please get in touch with us and this can be arranged for an additional fee of £3.99. 

Please ensure your correct address is entered in the shipping details section when completing a checkout. Orders sent out where the address is incomplete are subject to a claims process and will not be replaced until a potential claim has been successfully completed with the courier. 

Tracking Your Order

We will forward a tracking number by email when goods have been dispatched, which will allow you to track your order online.

Please note if you have received your tracking details, but have not received your goods, this must be notified to us within 14 days to ensure replacements can be sent out.

We are unable to send out replacements or offer any refunds if notice has not been given within 14 days.

Any replacements for orders over £100 and originally sent out on a "signed" service, may take up to 45 days to send out due to courier protocols.
