Price Match Guarantee

We believe that our range of products offer excellent value for money and that our prices are among the lowest you will find on the internet.

However, if, while researching your purchase, you find an identical item cheaper elsewhere then we will match the price AND give you an additional 10% off the value of your order.

HOW TO CLAIM 

If, in our opinion, the following conditions are met, you will be eligible for our price match guarantee.

  • The two items must be identical.
  • The price must be inclusive of VAT and any additional charges e.g. delivery.
  • The item must be brand new and not reconditioned, end of line or returned stock.
  • This must be the normal price of the item i.e. it is not on sale or on special offer.
  • The alternative item must currently be available.
  • Price promise only applies to goods available in the UK.
  • You must provide sufficient information to enable us to verify the price ourselves e.g. a link to the product page on the relevant website showing the product price and delivery charge.
  • The retailer of the product must be registered as a UK business on companies house, and must have traded for a minimum of 12 months.
  • The retailer must be a ‘direct to consumer’ seller, not a manufacturer or marketplace seller.  

Please note that we reserve the right not to uphold the price match guarantee if doing so would result in Apex Workwear making a loss.

The price match guarantee will not be applied retrospectively to orders already placed.

To claim under our Price Match Guarantee, please e-mail us on info@apexworkwear.co.uk providing us complete information such as:

  • Name of the Product on Apex Workwear and URL link
  • Name of the website where you found the item to be cheaper
  • Address of the website and link to product

PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE TERMS & CONDITIONS 

  • The Apex Workwear price match guarantee is valid against selected retailers only and where advertised product is at UK retail price, and sold in GBP (Pounds Sterling).
  • Apex Workwear reserve the right to decline the price match.
  • Where possible, consumers must provide evidence of the price to be matched, e.g. screen shots, photo, adverts, links etc. as advertised by the competitors.
  • The matching product must be brand new and in the original sealed box.
  • The matching product must be sold with a specified comparable guarantee / warranty.
  • The matching product must be identical and the model number verified.
  • The matching product variant (including aspects such as colour, size, model number) must be in stock with the competitor and available for delivery within 48 hours.
  • The price match guarantee is only available prior to order completion and will not be applicable once the sale has taken place.
  • The price match guarantee is non-transferable, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise stated.
  • The price match guarantee is limited to one use per consumer/address, per month.
  • The Apex Workwear price match policy is valid until further notice from Apex Workwear.
  • The maximum value of the 10% discount provided on top of the price match is £1000.00.
  • The 10% discount will not apply to delivery charges where applicable.
