The above costs are only applicable to your first order, any future orders for the same logo will not incur a setup cost.

Selecting Heat Seal Application or Embroidery
The customisation tool will decide on the optimum printing method for your desired garment, which would either be Heat Seal or Embroidery. The pricing will be reflected at the cart stage, and consequently this will indicate the print type. However, where possible, for some products there may be an option to pick your desired printing method.
Terms & Conditions
Price for Heat Sealing above applies for one colour only and a maximum size of 9cm x 9cm (or 81cm sq.)
Price for embroidery above applies for up to four colours only and up to 12,000 stitches.
If your logo consists of more than one colour (Heat Seal), four colours (Embroidery) or 12,000+ stitches (embroidery) a surcharge may be applicable, which you would be pre-notified of before we continue to process your order.
The maximum size for customisation is 28cm x 28cm.

Delivery & Timelines
Customised items are dispatched up to 7-10 business days after you have approved your embroidery or print proof.
Typical timeline of customised orders:
1. Your Order is received and processed.
2. If this is your first order, we will check the artwork provided and have this digitized if it is ready. Any issues in regards to the logo will be communicated at this stage. Please note that any delays in responses, or amendments required for your logo will delay the overall order. If we already have your artwork from a previous order, we will proceed with step 4.
3. Once the digital file is ready, a physical sample of this is created on fabric for quality control purposes (embroidery orders only). An image of this embroidery / print proof will be sent to you for final sign off, before this is applied to the garments.
4. Your garments will then be embroidered / heat sealed with your logo.
5. Your order will be sent out to the provided delivery address. Customised orders placed on Express Shipping are dispatched on a 24-hour service once ready, orders placed on Standard Shipping are dispatched on a 48-hour service once ready.
