Customer service excellent

Wrote a review a week ago stated that the product I purchased needed a gemming kit which the company said they were going to send but didn’t. After speaking with the company they confirmed the kit had been sent but for some reason I did not receive it. They sent a second kit the next day which I have received. There customer service is excellent once the problem has been explained. As for this fleece I found it warm and of good quality.
